Jewelry

Q. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic or nickel-free?

Selections in our Poiji boxes that are hypoallergenic, “sensitive”, or nickel-free will be labeled as such in their descriptions otherwise they are not.

 

Q. What if I can’t decide between two of the choices one month, how can I get both? Subscriptions are currently suspended

If there are pieces remaining, previous months' jewelry will be available in our Jewelry Shop.

 

Q. What if I get my selection and I decide I don’t like it?

We are happy to offer an exchange of any piece left in our inventory.  Exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process. Return shipping depends on your area and applies to all exchanges as well.

Accounts & Subscriptions

Q. Do you have a gift subscription option? Subscriptions are currently suspended

When you enroll just be sure to give us the shipping address of the person you want to send the Poiji box to. You can make the selections each month or let us do it based on the profile you set up.  It's a great way to remind them every month how much you care!

 

Q. Can I have more than one account with the same email address? Subscriptions are currently suspended

You may only set up one account per email address.

 

Q. Can I update my profile questionnaire? Subscriptions are currently suspended

While there isn’t a way to modify the questionnaire directly after you sign up, you can always email us at feedback@poiji.com and let us know how you’d like to update your profile. We’re always happy to hear from you.

 

Q. When I cancel my monthly subscription when does it take effect? Subscriptions are currently suspended

You can cancel your subscription before the 1st of the month when your credit card is charged for that month's box.

 

Q. When I cancel my annual subscription when does it take effect? Subscriptions are currently suspended

If you cancel your annual subscription before it’s renewal date you will not be charged again. Of course you will continue to receive your Poiji boxes until your subscription runs out.

 

Q. What is the current month's 'subscribe by' deadline? Subscriptions are currently suspended

You have until the 11th of the month to subscribe for the current month’s box.

 

Q. What is the cost per month? Subscriptions are currently suspended

The monthly subscription is $12 per month and includes first class shipping.

The best way to get a free month is to buy an annual subscription, plus you will get a free Poiji travel jewelry box. You can also sign up for email alerts and hear about upcoming promotions when they happen! Or, follow us on social media @poijibox on Facebook and Instagram.

Shipping

Q. When should I expect my Poiji box to arrive? Subscriptions are currently suspended

We ship out by the 16th of month by 1st class mail. Depending on where you live you should receive your Poiji box just a few days later! *UPDATE* Due to changes within the USPS we have noticed that shipping times have sometimes increased.
